Do vending machines cost my business anything?
No. Placement, installation, stocking, servicing and repairs are all free. We earn our money from the products sold in the machine, so there is nothing for your business to buy, lease or budget for.
How often do you restock?
Most locations are serviced weekly, and busier sites such as warehouses and large offices are visited two or more times a week. Machines with telemetry tell us what is selling, so we adjust the schedule to your actual demand rather than a fixed calendar.
What products do you offer?
Snacks, cold drinks and optional healthy items: chips, candy, cookies, crackers, granola bars, trail mix, bottled water, soda, sports drinks, energy drinks, juices, protein bars, nuts, baked chips and popcorn. The final planogram is built around what your team actually buys.
Can employees request products?
Yes, and we encourage it. Requests can go through your office manager or straight to your route driver, and we add them on the next visit whenever the product is available through our suppliers.
What happens if the machine needs service?
Call or text us and a local technician responds, same day for most issues in Palm Beach and Broward, and next business day at the latest. Refunds for a misvend are handled immediately, and repairs never cost your business anything.
